Abstract:
In this talk I present recent work done with Bertrand Duplantier and Emmanuel Guitter. I consider a model of $ D $-dimensional Gaussian manifold fluctuating in $ d $-dimensional Euclidean space, and interacting with a single fixed point. This model of an interacting extended object cannot be reduced to a local field theory in $ d $-dimensional space, except for the polymer case $ (D=1). $ The use of intrinsic distance geometry provides a rigorous definition of the analytic continuation of its perturbative expansion for arbitrary $ D, $ $ 0 Année de publication : 1993
