I am a senior scientist at the CNRS (directeur de recherche au CNRS) at the Institut de Physique Théorique specializing in theoretical high-energy physics, quantum field theory, and mathematical physics
Research interests
My research focuses on nonperturbative and integrable structures in quantum field theory, with applications to QCD, supersymmetric gauge theories, AdS/CFT, scattering amplitudes, Wilson loops, energy correlators, and exactly solvable models:
- Quantum chromodynamics: infrared dynamics, factorization, parton distributions, high-energy scattering, Regge asymptotics, event shapes, and power corrections
- Wilson loops and cusp anomalous dimension: relation to infrared divergences and large-spin operators, and perturbative calculations in QCD and supersymmetric gauge theories
- Integrability in gauge and string theories: integrable spin chains, Baxter equation, the spectral problem and correlation functions in planar super-Yang–Mills theory, and applications to high-energy QCD
- Scattering amplitudes and correlation functions: conformal and dual-conformal symmetry, amplitude/Wilson-loop/correlator dualities, and light-cone limits of correlation functions
- Collider and light-ray observables: energy-energy correlations, generalized event shapes, infrared-safe observables, and their extension from gauge theories to four-dimensional gravity
- Exactly solvable supersymmetric gauge theories: localization, matrix models, Fredholm determinants, Bessel kernels, Tracy–Widom distributions, strong-coupling expansions, resurgence, and nonperturbative transseries
