Many supersymmetric renormalisable grand unified theories need to have large representations which lead to a nonperturbative safe theory as the only possibly consistent UV limit. The inclusion of a supersymmertry breaking sector is not obvious or automatic, and must satisfy some criteria. In this talk I will consider a candidate for a UV safe SO(10) theory and explain how we can break supersymmetry spontaneously without destroying the UV fixed point.
