Spectral conspiracy in adjoint QCD
The densities of bosonic and fermionic states in four-dimensional multi-flavor adjoint QCD are shown to become tightly correlated in the large N limit. Surprisingly, large N adjoint QCD, a manifestly non-supersymmetric theory, acts similar to supersymmetric theories. We also show that at large N, the vacuum energy of multi-flavor adjoint QCD is non-negative and exponentially small compared to “natural'' UV cutoffs.
