Based on the AdS/CFT correspondence, we present a holographic description of various C-odd exchanges in high energy baryon-(anti)baryon scattering. We show that the odderon exchange gives a larger total cross section in baryon-baryon scattering than in baryon-antibaryon scattering at asymptotically high energies.
