After general considerations on the implications for the scale of new physics of the quadratic sensitivity of the Standard Model Higgs mass to a high energy cutoff I discuss the naturalness of electroweak symmetry breaking in several scenarios of interest. These include seesaw neutrinos, SUSY (MSSM and low-scale susy breaking models) and Little Higgses.
