Semiclassical quantization of rotating superstrings in AdS5xS5 background has played in recent years a key role both in checking the AdS/CFT duality and in building the tools necessary to describe the integrable structures that underly it.

We describe the exact quantization of a nontrivial spinning string configuration at leading semiclassical (1-loop) order and extract information on the strong coupling structure of operator dimensions in the dual gauge theory.
