In this seminar I will introduce the concept of coalgebra symmetry and how to use it to build continuous and discrete-time Liouville integrable systems. I will illustrate this construction with the example of the $mathfrak{sl}_2(mathbb{R})$, giving some new results on the classification of the discrete-time systems in quasi-standard form.
