Amplitudes meet black holes: double copies and spinning binaries
The modern Scattering Amplitudes program has resulted in improved efficiency in computations,
but also in discoveries of unexpected relations between theories, like the double copy.
In this talk, I will review connections between the Amplitudes program and black holes, both through the extension of the double copy to classical solutions, and more directly through the application of Amplitudes to solve the relativistic two-body problem.
