Research interests



In the early years:

      Renormalization of rigid (polymerized or fluid) membranes

     Theory of self-avoiding membranes:
                                                   renormalization of a  non-local theory

     Folding of regular and random lattices
                                                   - link with the coloring of these lattices

     The meander problem: folding of a self-avoiding chain

     Fully packed loop gases on random lattices

                 on these last three subjects, see for instance my habilitation defense (in french)

     Lorentzian gravity and semi-random lattices

     Hard objects on random lattices

More recently (since 2001):
 
     Combinatorial methods for the enumeration of graphs
