Future galaxy surveys are going to provide a wealth of information on the structure and recent evolution of the Universe, hopefully shedding light on profound questions such as the nature of Dark Matter and Dark Energy. However, since density perturbations are close to non-linear on the length scales of interest, linear perturbation theory - the tool successfully employed in CMB physics - breaks down in this context. I will discuss how Renormalization Group methods can be successfully applied to cosmology, allowing a resummation of perturbative corrections to all orders.  I will discuss some applications of these methods to cosmological scenarios where numerical N-body simulations show some shortcomings:  massive neutrinos,  Scalar-Tensor gravity,  and primordial non gaussianity.
