Recently there has been much development in the area of one-loop computational techniques. I will describe how these developments in unitarity and on-shell approaches can be used when automating NLO computations. Using the implementation of these techniques in Blackhat, in combination with SHERPA, I will then describe the complete NLO computation of W+3 jet processes at both the Tevatron and the LHC.
