A duality relation has recently been proposed between planar maximally helicity violating (MHV) gluon amplitudes and light-like Wilson loops in N=4 super Yang-Mills theory. It has been shown that the all-loop-order conjecture for planar n-point MHV gluon amplitudes (Bern-Dixon-Smirnov conjecture), which is based on explicit computations in the four-gluon case, is incomplete at six-point two-loop level; while the result from Wilson loop computations still agrees with the complete amplitude. In this talk I will review recent developments in testing this duality and investigating the discrepancy between the Bern-Dixon-Smirnov conjecture and the complete amplitude.
