After the discovery of integrability in planar N=4 SYM a huge progress was done in finding the spectrum of anomalous dimensions in this theory, exactly at any value of the 't Hooft coupling constant. I will speak about the latest advancement - solution of the spectral problem in terms of a finite set of nonlinear integral equations. Previously only an infinite set of equations encoded into a Y-system represented a solution. We discovered all the symmetries behind the Y-system which finally allowed us to derive a finite set of equations.
