We discuss the entropy of five-dimensional rotating BPS black holes arising from F-theory compactifications on elliptically fibered Calabi-Yau threefolds, both macroscopically and microscopically, and briefly discuss black hole bound states. We furthermore show the existence and use of a mysterious Sp(6) duality group that acts of the phase space of BPS solutions in 6-dimensional supergravity.
