Is the Fermi scale natural? Some lessons from Higgs and flavour physics

I will first consider the Standard Model as a theory valid up to very high energy scales, present the running of its parameters and discuss some implications of their values, like the metastability of the vacuum. Then I will drop this perspective and assume new physics to appear close to the Fermi Scale. With this respect, I will discuss the implications (i) of the Higgs couplings measurement for the phenomenology of a most natural supersymmetric model, the NMSSM, (ii) of the many flavour measurements for $U(3)^3$ and $U(2)^3$ flavour symmetric models, with a focus on their supersymmetric realization.
