The Moore-Read quantum Hall state allows regular quasi-holes of charge e/2 and fractionalized ones of charge e/4. Allowing overturned electron spins, the e/2 quasi-holes form spin textures known as quantum Hall skyrmions. We here describe the spin textures of the elementary charge e/4 excitations. Drawing an analogy to spin-1 Bose-Einstein condensates, we identify the charge e/4 spin textures with polar core vortices. The spin texture for a fusion product of a collection of charge e/4 textures is set by a fusion path in the underlying CFT.
