The maximally supersymmetric extension of the Yang-Mills (N=4 SYM) theory is a quite remarkable gauge theory. It defines a conformal field theory (CFT) for any value of the coupling constant and it had been conjectured to admit a dual description in terms of a string theory on $AdS_5*S^5$, the so-called AdS/CFT correspondence. \par More recently, hidden symmetries were uncovered in the spectrum of scaling dimensions of the N=4 SYM theory in the planar limit. They are tied to the integrability of the dilatation operator - a phenomenon believed to hold for arbitrary coupling. Making use of the Bethe ansatz equations associated to the integrability symmetry, we explain how to derive the strong coupling expressions of several scaling dimensions in the planar N=4 SYM theory. Then, applying the AdS/CFT correspondence, we compare our results with predictions coming from the string theory and test the gauge/string duality for the quantities under consideration. \\ \\ \\ (Jury : Costas Bachas, Andrei Belitsky, Sergey Derkachov, Jean-Michel Maillet, Didina Serban, Arkady Tseytlin) \\ (Directeur de thèse : Gregory Korchemsky)
