I will give a status report about flavour physics, discuss the famous flavour problem of new physics, and then will give several specific examples of the important interplay of high-$p_t$ and flavour physics in the new physics search in the era of the LHC. Finally, I will present preparation work for precision measurements at the LHCb and a Super-flavour factory.
