RER (Réseau Express Régional) train station Luxembourg.

The subway stations Maubert Mutualité or Cardinal Lemoine.

From Paris to the meeting area

We remind you that Paris is already in a busy tourist period in June and that you should arrange flight and hotel bookings as soon as possible.
Most foreign participants will arrive either at the Roissy Charles De Gaulle International Airport or at the Orly Airport or in one of the Paris Train Stations. There are also low-cost companies flying to the Beauvais Airport

From Roissy CDG (by public transportation) :
Public transportation to the city of Paris is provided by the RER B (express train service). From Terminal 2, you can walk to the Roissy RER station. From Terminal 1, you will need to take the airport shuttle from the terminals to the station.
Take the RER B going to Paris until Luxembourg Station. It will take 45 minutes to get there.
Fares : combined ticket to Paris (RER-Métro) : 8.00 euros. Frequency every 15 minutes or so.
There is also a bus (Roissybus) going directly from the airport to Opera.
Depending on the traffic and the time of day, a taxi from CDG to downtown Paris should cost between 50 and 80 euros.

From Orly (by public transportation) :
There two options:

It will take 45 minutes to reach Luxembourg from the airport.
Depending on the traffic and the time of day, a taxi from Orly to downtown Paris should cost between 25 and 50 euros.

The following map shows the schematic path to go from the airports and train stations to the "Carré Des Sciences" (main entrance: 25, rue de la Montagne Sainte Geneviève, PARIS 5ème. Former site of Ecole polytechnique) area, which is close to the Luxembourg RER-B train station.
