Registration is now closed

Registration dead line: May 1st.
Be aware that that your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of your participation fees.
For security reasons, every participant must wear the Conference badge at all times.
Staff people will be at the entrance hall of the Ministry with a list of registered attendees to welcome participants and distribute badges.
Please have a photo ID, with you, for the duration of the Conference.

The conference fees amount to 280 euros per person.
The conference fees will cover the welcome cocktail on Monday evening, five lunches at the Carré des sciences and the conference dinner.
A very limited number of allowances will be granted to the people that could not participate otherwise.
If this is your case, please, contact us by email and give us some details why you need some financial support.

If you need a visa to travel to France and attend the conference, let us know and we will send you an official invitation.

CONFERENCE FEES PAYEMENT

Be aware that that your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of your participation fees.
Since any payment is prohibited within the site of the Ministry of Research (site of the Conference), all fees, for participants as well as for guests, must be paid in advance during the Registration process.

The conference fees (280 euros) have to be paid in advance via a bank transfer (sorry for the invonvenience) to the bank account below
