The key observables for indirect Dark Matter searches are the fluxes of stable particles originated from annihilations of Dark Matter in the galaxy and detected on Earth. I will describe how to compute these fluxes and focus on the important role played by the radiation of electroweak gauge bosons. I will discuss the cases where the radiation can occur either from the initial or from the final state of the annihilation event and show the impact of these effects on the final fluxes and hence on Dark Matter searches.
